Program Info

Juniors

The Juniors program is a 9-month competitive program for players born between 2013-2011, focused on developing each player's skill and love of the game. Juniors prepares players to progress at the Classic level and beyond through a dedicated coaching staff that provides quality, age appropriate instruction at these key age groups. Our Juniors Program and coaches are led by Juniors Director, Etienne Boulanger and regional directors to create consistency in training.

Roster space is still available in our Juniors program. Interested players, please contact our Juniors Director at [email protected].

Quick Facts:
• Most competitive program offered for U8 - U10 year old players
• Low coach to player ratio allows for consistent player support
• Focus on development of the individual player in a group setting

Coaching Staff

Juniors Director, Etienne Boulanger

The Juniors program has a Full time director, who is supported by regional and age group directors who help manage the coaches, players and program to ensure a high quality offering for families in the Triangle area. Our players get to work with passionate and experienced coaches who are paid for their ability to teach young players and share their love for the game. Evaluations

All players interested playing in our Juniors program must attend our annual evaluations. Evaluations for the 2020-2021 season are scheduled for mid-June, though dates are subject to change based on our Return to Play date. If your player has a conflict, please email [email protected].

Evaluations

Team Formation

Players will be offered a spot in the program following the evaluations in June this year. Fall teams will be formed at the end of August after our staff has had time more time to evaluate all players and place them on a team with other players of similar ability. Players will be placed in the appropriate level in which teams are balanced to provide competitive games every week.

New teams will be formed after the winter holidays for the Spring season to allow for players to be placed in an environment where they will keep getting challenged by the coaching staff and their teammates.

Junior Elite Teams

Top 2011 players identified at Junior Evaluations will be invited to the Junior Elite teams. Juniors Elite Teams will be formed in each region depending upon quality of players at Evaluations and the Director's discretion.

These teams will function similar to a 2010 Classic team:
• Train 3x week
• Have team managers, team fees,
• Attend 2 tournaments
