Challenge Supplemental & High School Boys Deadline for discount for Tryout Early Registration is November 28. Starting November 29, Challenge tryout registration moves from $25.00 to $60.00

Supplemental Tryouts are for 9U(2010) - 14U(2005) Boys & Girls

Supplemental tryouts are used for current teams to add or replenish their rosters, due to player relocation, injury, etc. We rarely for NEW teams from supplemental tryouts. The Challenge Director may choose to form a new team during supplemental tryouts if enough "Challenge ready" players attend tryouts.

Our intent is to have Challenge teams at every age group and gender in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Garner, Holly Springs, and Durham-Chapel Hill. Whether or not teams will be formed in each region depends upon try-out numbers and Director's discretion.

Challenge will hold supplemental tryouts for 9U(2010) - 14U(2005) boys and girls, and high school boys in December. All tryouts will be held at WRAL Soccer Park (7700 Perry Creek Road).

All tryout check-in will be in the Galaxy Fun Park Fitness Center at WRAL Soccer Complex. The Fitness Center is the blue building next to the club house.

Players are required to attend all scheduled days of their age group tryout.

If your child is selected to a NCFC Challenge team during supplemental/high school boys tryouts, you must complete their challenge team acceptance and challenge club fee payment. Both the team acceptance and club fee payment are completed online through your family account.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is available to families experiencing family, medical, or extenuating financial hardships. Families wishing to submit a Financial Aid application should complete their application as they register for our NCFC Challenge tryouts. The 2018-2019 Financial Aid application cycle will open prior to tryouts. All players should submit their completed application prior to their Challenge tryout date. All applications received by the appropriate due date will receive first consideration and have the best opportunity to receive the most aid. Those received after the player's tryout will only be considered to the extent funds remain. We strongly encourage all players who need assistance with fees to submit their completed application (including financial supporting documentation) as early as possible. Click here to learn more about our Financial Aid program and application deadlines.
