Part-Time, Seasonal Tournament Help

NCFC Youth is now hiring for part-time temporary workers for their tournament series as field marshals in the Raleigh area. Candidates should be available all day on some of the following weekends:

October 12-13, 2019
November 9-10, 2019
November 16-17, 2019
November 21-24, 2019
December 12-15, 2019
January 25-26, 2020
May 9-10, 2020
May 16-17, 2020

Hours are approximately 7am – 5pm.  Lunch and snacks are included.

Job Description:  Field marshals will be outside all day and should dress appropriately.  They will be monitoring multiple fields at a time and are responsible for reporting game scores, assisting referees and tournament directors with monitoring any issues or needs during the games on their assigned fields. Must have own transportation.

Minimum Age Requirement – 16 years and junior in high school.

Pay:  $9-$10/hour

Classic

Requirements
Classic teams play 10 months (August-May) with the main seasons in Fall and Spring. Classic coaches time commitment typically consists of 3 trainings a week, 1 league game on the weekend, and tournament travel. Previous experience in soccer coaching required.




Juniors

Juniors Director | [email protected]

Requirements
Juniors teams play for 10 months (August-May) with the main seasons in the Fall and Spring. Coaches time commitment typically consists of 2 trainings a week and 1 game on the weekend. This is a U9-U10 intermediary level of competitive soccer. Previous experience in soccer coaching preferred.

Challenge teams play in the Fall and Spring. Coaches time commitment typically consists of 2 trainings a week, 1 league game on the weekend, and tournament travel. This is an intermediary level of competitive soccer and all positions are volunteer.

Recreation teams play in the Fall and Spring. Coaches time commitment typically consists of 1 training during the week, and 1 game on the weekend. No previous experience required. All positions are volunteer.
