Off Season League

Program Info

The Elite Technique Off Season League (OSL) program will give girls players in the 2005 (U15) age group, that are currently in 8th grade, an opportunity to continue their development during the spring months with a twice a week training program.

The first session of the week on Wednesdays will focus more on the technical aspect of the game. High intensity technical training that will mostly deal with dribbling, passing, and first touch. The goal of the session is to get as many touches on the ball in 90 minutes focusing on repetition and proper technique. The second session of the week on Fridays will be more geared toward team play and Small sided games. Also included will be possession drills and finishing to goal.

Our goal is to significantly improve the technical and athletic ability of each player through the application of best practices developed from the training of our highest teams in the club.

New players must create an NCFC Youth account using the "Register" button in the top right corner of the screen in order to register for available programs within our club.
