Boys Academy 
The NCFC Boys Academy is a member of the Elite Clubs National League (beginning Fall 2020). The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) is one of the highest levels of soccer for youth soccer players in the United States. The Boys ECNL Academy follows a 10-month season, beginning in August. Teams train 4x/week and travel regionally for game play. John Bradford is the Academy Director of the NCFC Boys ECNL Academy Program.

Team Formation and Trials
Interested players may attend open ID Sessions throughout the year. Specific Academy Trials are held in Spring and are invitation-only. Academy teams play 10 months out of the year, and players must have full participation throughout the whole year. Academy players are not permitted to participate in middle or high school soccer, Olympic Development Program (ODP) or other non-DA program training/identification programs.

Location and Fields
North (12's-14's) and Del Sol (12's) ECNL Academy teams will train primarily at WRAL Soccer Park.
South (12's-14's) ECNL Academy teams will train in coordination between Mills Park, Middle Creek, Thomas Brooks Park, WakeMed Soccer Park, and WRAL Soccer Park.
(15's-19's) ECNL Academy teams will train at WRAL Soccer Park and at Thomas Brooks Park.

US Youth National Teams
The former Capital Area RailHawks - CASL, Triangle Futbol Club Alliance, and CASL Chelsea FC Development Academy Programs have a strong history of developing and producing US Soccer Youth National Team Players. Player production at the youth international level is one of the primary goals of the NCFC Youth Development Academy Program.
