  • There is no career milestone moment required to be a mentor or mentee, other than a general level of experience. If you feel you have something to give, something to teach or share, and have an open-mind to learn from someone else, be a mentor! If you are a woman in the game who is looking to make connections, develop on or off the field in specific areas, advance your career, or invest in your own development, then be a mentee!

  • Mentees should be affiliated with NCFC Youth in some capacity - whether as a paid full time coach, volunteer coach, administrator, etc.

  • Mentors can be currently in the game (as a paid seasonal coach, staff coach, volunteer coach, administrator, etc.) at NCFC Youth or elsewhere, adjacent to the game in some other capacity (e.g., partner, league official, governing body, etc.) or formerly in the game as a coach, club leader, staff, or administrator.
