Recreational soccer offers an introductory, fun playing environment for players of all skill levels from ages 2.5-19.

Challenge soccer is an intermediate competitive program that requires players to try out and provides a higher level of competition and commitment than our Recreation program, but lower time and financial commitment than Classic.

Juniors prepares players to progress at the Classic level and beyond through a dedicated coaching staff that provides quality, age appropriate instruction at these key age groups.

Our Classic teams compete at the highest competitive level within North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA), as well as in various elite leagues across the country.

NCFC Youth's National Premier Leagues (NPL) program offers players a competitive platform designed to foster growth and development. As part of a unified national structure, NPL provides meaningful league games, minimizes travel demands, and creates a clear pathway to postseason competition.

Elite Club's National League (ECNL) is a proven and nationally recognized elite soccer program, and offers our top players the best training and development opportunities available in the country. NCFC Youth fields both ECNL RL and ECNL teams.

North Carolina FC Academy and NC Courage Academy identifies, develops, and produces top players in North Carolina, providing a clear youth-to-pro pathway. With a focus on excellence, our Academy programs prepare players for success in both collegiate and professional soccer.
