NCFC & NC Courage Opportunities

Community Street Team

The North Carolina Football Club, the parent organization of the NC Courage (first-division women’s pro soccer team playing in the NWSL) and North Carolina FC (second division men’s pro soccer team playing in USL Championship), is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Street Team. These individuals will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the NC Football Club’s connection with the local community, in representing both teams at various events, connecting with fans, and building a positive brand image. This is a great position for someone looking to break into the sports industry and/or event planning, while offering a flexible schedule and work environment, all while earning school credit. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Applicants in both high school and college will be considered. All applicants must be 16+ with reliable transportation to and from events. 
• A genuine passion for soccer and a strong understanding of the North Carolina Courage and North Carolina FC. 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Any bilingual candidates are automatically preferred. 
• Comfortable interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds in a positive and enthusiastic manner. 
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Position will earn about 5-10 hours per week, and will begin in February, ending in either May, August, or end of season in November, based on personal requirements. 
• Job will be either paid or eligible to earn school credits, which will be discussed in the interview process.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and flexible/changing work locations.
