Women's Coaching Collective
A COMMUNITY OF WOMEN AND THEIR TEAMMATES TO SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WHILE FOSTERING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS SUPPORTIVE, WELCOMING, AND ACCESSIBLE
About the Women's Coaching Collective
Through connections, mentorship, and dialogue, our goal is to coach and assist all women in soccer forward in their development – whether that’s as a coach, an administrator, volunteer, referee, player, or any other role.
With the support of a network of teammates - from our fellow coaches and staff, friends of the club and league colleagues, to community partners, and everything in between - we are committed to achieving our goal.
NCFC Youth has made great strides over the years to support all coaches, but there's opportunity to do more, and the Women's Coaching Collective is one opportunity.
All women coaches, staff, administrators, and volunteers at NCFC Youth are automatically part of the Women's Coaching Collective and have opportunities to learn, network, and develop.
Anyone can be a teammate and join the Women's Coaching Collective community today! There’s no cost or commitment required to join or support; simply join/like us on our Facebook Group and stay up to date with the latest news, information, and opportunities.

Join the Community
A team is successful when each teammate does his/her part and heads toward the same goal. For the Women’s Coaching Collective, our goal is only achieved with the support of teammates – fellow coaches, administrators, friends, club leaders, partners, community leaders, leagues, and the larger soccer community. Be part of the conversation and our community!
Women's Coaching Collective Committee
Our committee is in place to guide the club’s efforts in three primary areas:
- Support: Create opportunities for connection, development, and mentorship for women
- Investment: Provide resources and programs for women coaches and girls players
- Recruiting and retention: Identify opportunities to remove barriers and create an environment that attracts more women into coaching / administration and keeps them in the game longer
