Resumen


At NCFC Youth, player safety is our top priority. We provide insurance coverage through both US Club Soccer and North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA) to ensure our players are protected in case of injury during sanctioned activities.


Players, coaches, and assistant coaches are covered by accident insurance during each season at scheduled practices and games. The policy is secondary to insurance maintained by parents, employers, etc.


Below, you’ll find important details about insurance policies, claim procedures, and direct links to submit a claim.

Depending on your player’s league and affiliation, insurance coverage is provided through one of the following organizations:


  • Asociación de Fútbol Juvenil de Carolina del Norte (NCYSA)
  • US Club Soccer


These policies provide secondary medical insurance for injuries sustained during official team activities.

Filing an Insurance Claim


Si su jugador sufre una lesión durante un evento sancionado por la NCFC, siga estos pasos para presentar un reclamo:


Determine Your Insurance Provider

  • Players in leagues affiliated with NCYSA should file with NCYSA.

Submit the Form




Proceso posterior al envío

After you submit the form, US Club Soccer will review claim eligibility and verify the accident with the claimant’s club/member organization.


You will receive an email with the claim status when the verification is complete. If approved, the claim will be processed by either A-G Administrators (for accidents occurring through July 31, 2023) or ACI (for accidents occurring on or after Aug 1, 2023).

NCYSA

Una vez completado, tanto usted como NCYSA recibirán un correo electrónico indicando que se ha enviado/recibido un Primer Aviso de Pérdida (FNOL). Esto permitirá que NCYSA revise la reclamación.


Una vez revisado y aprobado, recibirá un correo electrónico notificándole que ha pasado de ser un Primer Aviso de Pérdida (FNOL) a una reclamación, y le proporcionará instrucciones adicionales e información de contacto. El corredor (Players Health) enviará el formulario de reclamación al Administrador Externo (TPA) de la aseguradora para su procesamiento.


Debe recibir una carta de acuse de recibo dentro de los 16 días hábiles a partir de la fecha en que la asociación de fútbol estatal haya aprobado su informe.
