GIRLS ECNL REGIONAL
About the Program
Elite Club's National League (ECNL) is a proven and nationally recognized elite soccer program, and offers our top players the best training and development opportunities available in the country. Coached by our paid ECNL coaching staff, teams train 4 times a week and compete in 2-3 National Showcase events per year.
Quick Facts:
- Offered to U13-U19 (for players born between 2009 - 2003)
- Teams train 3x/week at Wake Competition Center and WRAL Soccer Park
- Attend 1-2 National Showcase events
Training Information
ECNL Regional team trainings take place at Wake Competition Center in Morrisville next to RDU Airport.
- ECNL Regional teams train 3x per week
- 1x per week, teams will train with Athletic Lab training staff to improve strength, agility, and flexibility
- ECNL Regional teams will have access to full time Athletic Trainers for all training sessions and games

Club Fees
NCFC Youth ECNL players must pay the ECNL Club Fee upfront or choose another method of payment.

Installments
Mid-Season Pricing
For those players joining mid-season, the fees for the 2024-2025 program will be pro-rated based on the date of joining the team. Please contact the program director for specific pricing information.
ECNL RL Club Fees Include:
• Training fees
• Coaches salaries
• ECNL affiliation fee
• Field usage
• Athletic Trainer at training sessions and home games
Goalkeeping
All ECNL RL goalkeepers are provided 2 sessions per week in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season, seasonal evaluations as well as in-game analysis and feedback from full-time GK staff.
College Commitments
Each year, our ECNL Regional program proudly graduates many players that commit to continuing their soccer careers at the collegiate level. Since the inception of the ECNL Regional Program, NCFC Youth has continued to maintain a 100% record for placing players who desire to continue their playing career into collegiate programs. NCFC Youth's ECNL Regional alumni are currently playing for colleges across the country from the Division I through Division III levels, including programs such as:
