NCFC Youth is proud to recognize Nicole Turner for earning the U.S. Soccer A License, the highest level of coaching education available on the youth side. This significant achievement reflects her continued commitment to excellence and development within the game.

In addition to her work on the field, Nicole serves as a Coach Educator and SheChampions Program Mentor with the U.S. Soccer Federation, where she’s helping shape the next generation of coaches. She recently taught the first all-female Club Technical Leadership course and sits on the SheChampions Advisory Board, working to expand pathways for women in coaching. She also represented the SheChampions program as a speaker at the 2025 United Soccer Coaches Convention.

At NCFC Youth, she leads as the Director of Supplemental Programs, Assistant NPL Director, and a head coach in the girls NPL program. She has played a vital role in growing participation across supplemental programs and enhancing the quality of training opportunities. Her commitment to mentorship, coach development, and inclusive leadership has strengthened the club community.

Beyond the field, she also shares her expertise in the classroom as an Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University, where she teaches courses in sports management, leadership, and communication.
